Frequently asked questions

Does VitalSynch work without internet?
Yes. VitalSynch is offline-first — adding medications, logging symptoms and
workouts, and receiving reminders all work with no connection. Cloud backup is
optional and syncs when you’re back online.

Is my health data private?
Yes. Your data is stored encrypted on your device and is used only to provide the
app’s features to you. We never use it for advertising or sell it. See our

How do I export my data?
Settings → Privacy & Data → Export Data.

How do I delete my account and data?
Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your cloud
data and your account; it requires an internet connection.

Why am I not getting medication reminders?
Make sure notifications are enabled for VitalSynch in your device Settings, and
that notifications are turned on inside the app’s settings.

How do I manage my privacy consents?
Settings → Privacy & Data → Manage Consents.
