Welcome to CryptoWave. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CryptoWave mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
CryptoWave is a cryptocurrency portfolio tracker and market data viewer. The App provides:
Real-time cryptocurrency price data via Binance WebSocket
Portfolio and transaction tracking
Price alert notifications
Watchlist management
Trade journal and analytics
Fear & Greed Index display
2. Financial Disclaimer
⚠️ IMPORTANT: CryptoWave is an informational tool only. The App does NOT provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All market data, charts, statistics, and analytics displayed in the App are for informational purposes only.
CryptoWave does not facilitate the buying, selling, or trading of any cryptocurrency or financial instrument.
Past performance data does not guarantee future results.
Cryptocurrency investments are highly volatile and carry significant risk of loss.
You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred based on information displayed in the App.
3. Account Registration
You may use the App by:
Signing in with Apple (iOS)
Continuing as a guest (anonymous access)
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
4. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Delete Account. Upon deletion:
Your authentication account will be permanently deleted
All cloud-synced data will be removed
All locally stored data (portfolio, watchlist, alerts, journal, settings) will be cleared
This action is irreversible
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s servers or networks
Scrape, data-mine, or extract data from the App through automated means
Use the App to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CryptoWave and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services including but not limited to:
Binance API: For real-time market data
Firebase: For authentication, cloud storage, and push notifications
Apple / Google: For authentication services
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of data provided by third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date market data, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any market data displayed in the App. Prices may be delayed or differ from actual market prices. Always verify information from multiple sources before making any decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
CryptoWave is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall CryptoWave, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (if any).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CryptoWave and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
